Due to the intimate nature of our products, please ensure that all original tags and hygienic liners remain intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring that all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
